Mr. Chee Wai Chan, a childhood friend of Shihan Leung, and Chinese Dance Instructor Mr. Ricky Mun helped Shihan attain a Japanese Taiko Drum for the Shotojuku Dojo on March 20, 2008.
Mr. Ricky Mun is a renown expert in the traditional Chinese art of Lion and Dragon Dance. Shihan Leung recommends anyone who is interested in traditional Chinese culture to visit Mr. Mun at NYULDDT.
New York United Lion & Dragon Dance Troupe is located in the heart of NYC's Chinatown. Created in 2000, NYULDDT quickly expanded and established its reputation in the Chinese cultural community and among the many lion dance groups across the country.
